Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative you will participate in the initial stage of our sales process, taking care of outbound activities. A must-have for this position is a fluent command of English (minimum C1) – you should be able to communicate with ease about diverse business topics. A feel for technical subject matter is also essential. Our industry is complex so the more “technical” you are, the sooner you can comfortably chat about our services with prospects. We also have a few nice-to-haves – our ideal candidate will have knowledge of sales, AdTech and analytics with hands-on experience being a huge plus for each. For the right candidate though, we’ll help fill in any knowledge gaps.

Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to potential customers: outbound, prospecting, running outreach campaigns
  • Qualifying and nurturing leads
  • Setting up discussions with senior executives and evaluate their business needs
  • Managing and nurturing a pipeline of prospects in order to create sales opportunities
  • Cooperating closely with Account Executives

Qualifications:

  • Fluent command of English + outstanding communication skills
  • 2-3 years sales experience in the tech industry (preferably: software house – services) with an emphasis on outbound activities in Western Europe
  • Knowledge of outbound sales tools gained through hands-on experience
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot or other top CRM platform as well as hands-on experience with outbound marketing tools & techniques
  • Agency experience and marketing background will be a huge plus

  • Happy to work on-site in our Wroclaw office
