A few words about you:

  • You’ve got several years of experience as a Project Manager and lots of practical knowledge you have applied in real-life situations
  • You are no stranger to the process of gathering requirements – you’ve got a set of favourite techniques and tools that help you achieve your goals, but are also aware that adjusting them to the circumstances is key; you know how to get your team involved in this stage, and properly interpret your findings
  • You know what the terms MVP, PoC and scoping mean – you’ve had numerous opportunities to coordinate the initial phase of cooperation with the client and have a deep understanding of its specific character. You know who to involve in the particular stages, how to communicate with the client and how to protect the team and the project from the risks that often appear at the beginning of works
  • You know how to work with people – you get along well with various personalities and temperaments. You’ve got your ways to build and maintain motivation, and know how to give valuable feedback and deal with crucial moments in the team’s life
  • You know several agile methodologies and are able to juggle with them according to the specific needs of the project, the client and the team, you understand Scrum artifacts and have a solid experience running Scrum meetings
  • You know how to review and improve the existing processes along with the team
  • You were involved in recruiting new team members to the team and have several ideas on how you – as a PM – can support the development of your team
  • You truly like the challenges provided by working with the client and are open to supporting our Account Managers during the calls at the final stage of a sales process
  • You know how to successfully build customer relationships and feel OK preparing presentations for the client (in English of course)
  • You know how to find a perfect balance between team self-organization and your own insight and influence on the progress of project works
  • You can dynamically switch sides between the team and the client, and know how to alleviate emerging tensions between the parties, and lead to compromises using sound argumentation
  • You see yourself as a team’s representative in the company ready to take care of its needs
  • You’re able to communicate in Polish

It’s even better if you:

  • Have a technical background and general knowledge of web development
  • Provide help, support and advice to other PMs in your daily work
  • Have experience in organizing maintenance and monitoring processes for a production application and have worked with DevOps
  • Are acquainted with AdTech ecosystem and vocabulary, get the differences between particular AdTech platforms and had the opportunity to develop at least one of them
