Junior Project Manager

This is how we picture you:

  • You’ve had the opportunity to work with a team and support it in the daily work of an organization (as a PM/Scrum Master or a part of PMO)
  • You understand how IT projects work – you’re familiar with the steps of the development process, workflow and terminology (preferably: in the web development field)
  • You’ve got some experience in working with a client (internal/external) – you know how to approach building relationships, specify customer’s expectations and manage them
  • You’ve got extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills that let you get along well with all the personalities and temperaments
  • You’re fluent in English (min. C1)
  • You know your way around Agile methodologies – especially Scrum (theory would do for starters)

It would be great if you also:

  • Had the opportunity to participate in gathering requirements phase
  • Supported the team in soft topics (feedback, motivation, development, interpersonal issues)
