Sales Intern

We are Clearcode – a Polish Software house specializing in AdTech and MarTech Solutions development. You are the one, if you:

  • Have fluent command of English (min. C1)
  • Are a self-organized person, paying attention to details
  • Describe yourself as open-minded and not afraid to think outside the box
  • Are IT literate and able to quickly grasp technical topics
  • Would like to learn the sales job and think about this career path
  • Have min. 20h free weekly in your calendar (within the office hours, flexible)

Good to have:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in IT
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and CRM (preferably HubSpot)
  • Knowledge about social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing leads in the database, keeping all the client/company information up-to-date with all the right structure/li>
  • Assist in outbound LinkedIn activities (filling out contact information, organizing the lead lists/accounts list on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, filling the spreadsheets, preparing a list of potential prospects, based on criteria)
  • Managing Hubspot incoming leads (filling contact & company information, adding relevant articles) in order to look the one’s matching the criteria
  • Doing e-mail campaigns, working closely with marketing
  • Gathering information and keeping up to date regarding leads (industry, position etc)
  • Working closely with the whole sales and marketing teams
